About the role:
This is an Individual Contributor (IC) role responsible for building and scaling a new business vertical from the ground up. 
International Business Development Exposure Preferred.
 

Key responsibilities include:

• Identifying the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and creating a targeted account list based on market research and business priorities.
• Identify and generate relevant business opportunities in digital product services (Web, Mobile Applications, SaaS, etc)
• Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, including:
  • Lead qualification
  • Requirement understanding
  • Proposal sharing
  • Deal closure
• Prepare proposals, presentations, and commercial discussions
• Coordinate and schedule client meetings (calls and face-to-face)
• Build and maintain strong client relationships for long-term engagement
• Collaborate with internal teams (technology, design, delivery) to ensure smooth project execution
• Support in building and managing a qualified sales pipeline
• Taking full ownership of business development outcomes, revenue generation, and market expansion initiatives within a greenfield environment.

About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Business Analyst with 2–3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements, creating functional documentation, coordinating with stakeholders, and supporting project delivery. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from clients and internal stakeholders.
• Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and other functional documentation.
• Support project planning, requirement prioritization, and delivery tracking.
• Work closely with Agile/Scrum teams and actively participate in sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and daily discussions.
• Leverage AI-powered platforms to generate business insights, identify patterns, and support decision-making.
• Assist in product strategy development, user persona creation, and solution recommendations using data-driven approaches.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure requirements are clearly understood and successfully delivered.

Required Skills:

• 2–3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT services, software development, or product-based environments.
• Strong understanding of requirement gathering and business analysis techniques.
• Experience in creating BRDs, FRDs, user stories, use cases, process flows, and functional specifications.

About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager / Project Coordinator with strong Agile/Scrum expertise and excellent communication skills to lead end-to-end mobile and web app development projects at RipenApps. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving successful delivery across multiple concurrent projects while ensuring quality, collaboration, and client satisfaction.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end project delivery across mobile and web application projects.
• Create, manage, and track project plans, timelines, sprints, and milestones.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Act as the primary client point of contact, ensuring clear communication, expectation management, and timely updates.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing resources and resolving bottlenecks.
• Ensure quality releases, adherence to scope, and delivery timelines.
   

Required Skills & Experience:

• 2+ years of experience in IT project management, preferably in mobile/web app development.
• Strong understanding of the app development lifecycle, including design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
• Technical understanding of mobile technologies (iOS, Android, Flutter), APIs, cloud, and QA processes.

About the Role:
We are looking for a result-oriented SEO professional with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical SEO. The candidate will be responsible for improving organic search visibility, rankings, traffic, and overall SEO performance for our web and mobile app development services.
The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of SEO fundamentals, keyword research, content optimization, link building, technical SEO, and SEO analytics tools. Experience working with AI tools for SEO productivity will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical SEO strategies to improve organic rankings and visibility.
• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis for web and mobile app development-related services.
• Optimize website pages, landing pages, blogs, and service pages for search engines.
• Monitor keyword rankings, organic traffic, conversions, and SEO performance.
• Analyze data using Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, and other SEO tools.
• Stay updated with Google algorithm updates, SEO trends, and industry best practices.
• Utilize AI tools to improve keyword research, content optimization, SEO analysis, and productivity​​​​​​​

Required Skills & Experience:

• 2+ years of hands-on experience as a SEO for web and mobile development, software development company, or IT services organization.
• Strong understanding of On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical SEO.
• Hands on Experience with:

1. Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
2. Google Search Console (GSC)
3. Google Tag Manager (GTM)
4. Google Business Profile

• Proficiency in SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar platforms.
• Strong knowledge of keyword research, competitor analysis, content optimization, and link building.
• Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, or similar tools for SEO research and productivity is preferred.
